TAPiTiN provides tools that allow users to create digital information cards, publish them as web profiles, generate printable PDFs, and optionally order NFC-enabled physical cards that link to those profiles.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the Services, you grant TAPiTiN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
You agree not to create or share content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or abusive.
5. Public Sharing and NFC Cards
When you share a web profile link, PDF, or NFC card, you acknowledge that the linked content may be viewed by anyone with access. TAPiTiN is not responsible for how third parties use or share your publicly accessible content.
6. Payments and Orders
Certain features, including printed NFC cards or premium services, may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Third-party payment processors handle transactions.
7. Intellectual Property
The TAPiTiN name, logo, software, and underlying technology are owned by TAPiTiN and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” TAPiTiN makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAPiTiN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including the sharing or printing of your content.
